Education, Training, & Experience

Anne Passport Photo.jpg

I am a Licensed Clinical Child Psychologist and Health Service Provider in Psychology in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Shining Times Psychological Services, LLC is an independent private practice.   I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and families and provide therapy and psychological assessments. I am also credentialed as a Parent Coordinator to help parents manage high conflict divorces.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish, from Earlham College, in Richmond, Indiana. I earned my Master’s of Science degree (M.S.) and Doctorate of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology (now called Palo Alto University) in Palo Alto, California.

My training background is in outpatient mental health clinics and in public schools with children, adolescents, and adults. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at a St. Elizabeth’s Hospital outpatient clinic for children and families in Washington, DC, where I was able to use my conversational Spanish skills. I completed my post-doctoral hours in the Baltimore City Public School System and became a Licensed Psychologist in Maryland in November of 2003. That fall, I participated in a super-intensive study program and individual training on child psychology and school mental health at the don Quijote language school in Madrid, Spain.

Until I moved to Indiana in October, 2005, I provided assessments and therapy to children, adolescents, and families at the Glen Burnie Counseling Center in Maryland.
